Shipping Policy – American Furniture Now

At American Furniture Now, we take great care in delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policies below.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

2. Processing Time

  • Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Methods

  • Furniture is shipped via trusted carriers and delivered to the first dry, accessible area of your home unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier schedules, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

  • We currently ship our products for free anywhere in the contiguous USA. However, if you require additional services, such as "in house white glove" those delivery fees are extra and you will be asked to cover those fees.

  • If a shipping fee is added to your order, they are considered non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

5. Risk of Loss

  • The risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • We recommend inspecting all packages for damage upon delivery and reporting any issues to us immediately at support@americanfurniturenow.com.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will work promptly to resolve the issue, including replacement, repair, or refund.

7. Assembly

  • Cherry Shaker Beds: Require assembly. A tool kit and instructions are included.

  • Cherry Shaker Nightstands: Arrive fully assembled.
